Holistic health coach opens practice

Jayne Johnson has opened a practice as a new Holistic Health Coach in Sequim. She is a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

She is also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a practicing Reiki Master/3.

Her focus niche is helping women who struggle with weight gain caused by a lifetime of yo-yo dieting. Her clients are oftentimes on the cusp of developing serious health issues such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and hypertension. Johnson believes that a “bio-individuality” approach offers the solution.
