Harris brings 10 years of sales experience to the family-owned business.

OPHS gets boost from Subaru’s ‘Share The Love’

From Nov. 14-Jan. 2, Subaru of America will donate $250 for every new Subaru vehicle purchased or leased based on customer’s charitable selections. Koenig Subaru of Port Angeles has once again elected to support Olympic Peninsula Humane Society (OPHS) as their local charity of choice during the 2019 Share the Love Event.

After purchase, customers visit a special “Share the Love” web page (www.subaru.com/share.html) to designate the shelter as their local charity of choice. Subaru of America then donates $250 to help OPHS animals. Additionally, Koenig Subaru adds a donation to the overall amount collected that is revealed at the OPHS annual fundraising event, Meowgaritas and Mutts, set for April 25 at the Vern Burton Community Center in Port Angeles.

Over the last 12 years, Subaru of America and their local dealers have donated more than $145 million dollars to national charities and 695 hometown charities.

Change of hours at Stinky Dog

Stinky Dog U-Bathe, at 40 Levig Road between Sequim and Port Angeles, has set new winter hours, set for 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays, and closed on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28.
