Purple Haze Lavender is giving away free mature Royal Velvet plants from now through March 17. Plants have already been dug up, are ready to be planted and still have plenty of life left in them, says Purple Haze general manager Vickie Oen. The plants are not good for the company’s production purposes anymore but would be great for landscaping, Oen says.
