Ribbon-cutting for Holiday Inn grand re-opening

Washington St. received the royal treatment from the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce with a ribbon-cutting on Nov. 6 to mark the 15-year-old hotel’s grand re-opening after an extensive, six-month remodel. The 77-room hotel now boasts shades of light blue and gray to symbolize water and the nature photos of local photographer John Gussman, including a 180-degree picture of the Olympic Mountains inside the elevators.
