Dockside Grill welcomes Josh and Melody Souza back to its staff. Steve Little, left and Josh Souza, right, met and worked together in Merced, Calif in 1995, before Little moved to Sequim to work at the Original Oyster House. When he opened Xanadu Grill, Souza moved from California to be his sous chef, where he met his wife, Melody, center. In 2007, Dockside Grill at John Wayne Marina opened where the trio worked for two years, when the Souzas left for another adventure before rejoining Dockside Grill recently. Submitted photo
