Vegan soup subject of talk at Nash’s

Start 2014 on a super healthy note with certified chef and instructor Pamela Ziemann, who will give a presentation entitled “Hearty Vegan Soups” at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Nash’s Farm Store, 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way in Dungeness. The presentation is free and open to the public.

Ziemann shows how to make a nutrient-dense, satisfying vegan soup and the benefits of using a pressure cooker for comfort food, adding enzyme-rich, anti-aging raw veggies.
