First Fed was selected as the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Member of the Month for May by the chamber’s board of directors. Members of the Month are chosen for their community spirit. First Fed representatives and chamber ambassadors gathered for a photo to commemorate the honor last week.

Ambassadors with the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce join Riverhouse Bakery & Bistro for a ribbon cutting on Friday, June 20, to celebrate their new dinner service offered from 4-8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Owner Denise Ferguson, surrounded by her staff, holds plates containing the bistro’s new Salmon Wellington and an open-face steak sandwich. Guests were invited to sample menu items, including steak gorgonzola alfredo.
