A Golden Celebration Rose blooms at the Sequim Botanical Garden. The Sequim Botanical Garden Society, a volunteer partner with the City of Sequim and a 501(c)3 nonprofit, offers a “Work to Learn” party at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Sequim Botanical Garden in Carrie Blake Community Park north of the bandshell. Learn how to prune roses with veteran gardener Mary Crook. Attendees are encouraged to bring some clippers and gloves.
