Marina sale possibility is disheartening

I have just read that Port Angeles is proceeding to sell off John Wayne Marina in spite of a request from the Wayne family, whose generous gift made the marina we know today possible. I’m sad that they have decided to proceed. I’m just as sad that Sequim has not stepped in to support the marina that brings its citizens so much convenience and business.

Shame on the politicians from both communities.
