Wine party in Port Angeles

Wine on the Waterfront, in the upper level of The Landing Mall in Port Angeles, is hosting a party at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, with no cover charge.

Deadwood Revival’s Jason Mogi and Paul Stehr-Green will provide the tunes, drawing from their repertoire of American roots music, including some bluegrass, rock’n’roll, blues and country.

PAFAC puts on concert

The Port Angeles Fine Arts Center, 1203 E. Lauridsen Blvd., celebrates Valentine’s Day with a Feb. 13 concert by Scottish singer, guitarist and humorist Jim Malcolm. Art workshop aims at surfaces

A special painting workshop, “Pushing the Boundaries of Surface Design in Painting,” by Marlana Stoddard-Hayes, is offered from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, in Room E-310 at Peninsula College, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd., Port Angeles.

Winter concert with orchestra

The Sequim Community Orchestra will have a winter concert at 7 p.m. Feb. 22, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 Blake Ave., Sequim, featuring works by Bach, Mozart and Puccini. Free but donations gratefully accepted.

Beatles ballet debuts

The Eugene Ballet Company presents “All You Need is Love,” an original ballet to many Beatles songs, at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Port Angeles High School auditorium, 304 E. Park St. Presented by the Juan de Fuca Festival.

‘Circus’ film series continues

Cirque Du Soleil’s “Varekai” will be shown at the Sequim Library at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20.

“Varekai” is the second film in the Circus Cinema series.

Seating is limited. Free tickets for the film will be available 30 minutes before show time.
