Himalayas photo show set

Through a series of photographs, Port Townsend resident David McCulloch will introduce audience members to his cycling adventures in the Himalayas with Jon Muellner at the Thursday, March 30, Studium Generale at Peninsula College.

Born in northern India, in the foothills of the Himalayas, McCulloch had the opportunity to see the landscapes he traveled and the people he met from the perspective not only of adventure but also return, as he reconnected with this distant home. Cycling provided the pace necessary for thoughtful recollections, as well as intense physical experiences and close observations. This event is free and open to the public, and begins at 12:35 p.m.
