‘Another Night Before Christmas’ goes another week at OTA

If the cold and wet weather of Christmas has you down, Olympic Theatre Art’s musical “Another Night Before Christmas” runs for one more weekend to help brighten your spirits.

The two-person show featuring Christy Holy and E.J. Anderson III should give you a sense of wonder, says director Dan DePrez.

“It’s a story about a social worker trying to convince a homeless man he’s not who he thinks he is,” DePrez said. “By the end of the show, it’s the other way.”

Steven Humphrey directs the music, which actors say is their favorite part of the show.

“Another Night Before Christmas” runs at Olympic Theatre Arts, 414 N. Sequim Ave., at 7:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday, Dec. 20-21, with a talk back with the cast and crew at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22.

Audiences can “pay what you will” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19.

Tickets are $20 for adults or $12 for students at www.olympictheatrearts.org, the show door or 1-5 p.m. Monday-Friday at the box office.
