In concert with the gift-giving season, the Port Angeles Fine Arts Center again will devote its entire exhibition space in December to Art Is a Gift, its annual holiday market offering fine arts and crafts items. The show opens with a special artists and Friends of PAFAC members’ preview from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3.
