Members of Sequim High School’s choir raised their voices in Carnegie Hall on Sunday, March 30.

Thanks in part to fundraisers throughout the community, more than 40 Sequim students, chaperones and music director John Lorentzen made their way to New York City’s hallowed hall to perform half a dozen songs, also taking in some some sights.

Sequim’s choir last visited the Big Apple in April 2011. See a video of the choir singing at www.youtube.com/watch?v=sH9M7kVqZy4, courtesy of Ed Evans and KSQM.
