Brain health is topic of next WOW! radio forum

Dr. Paul Cunningham will present “Brain Health,” a WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum set for 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, on KSQM 91.5 FM.

Cunninghan is the Chief Medical Officer with Jamestown Family Health Clinic and will talk about optimizing brain health by using current science around nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplements and medications.

Cunningham is a physician board certified in family medicine, geriatrics and hospice and palliative care. He is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed his Family Medicine and Geriatric Fellowship at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.

Cunningham moved to the Olympic Peninsula in 2003 and has worked for 18 years at the Jamestown Family Health Clinic. He has provided care to patients of all ages, from birth to end of life, with a focus on older adults, including those with dementia and other brain disorders.
