Bridal Show blossoms for second year

The Cutting Garden hosts 22 vendors for weddings

Fiances and brides-to-be get another chance to see local wedding offerings at the second annual Garden Bridal Fair from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, July 22, at The Cutting Garden, 303 Dahlia Llama Lane, near Sequim.

Sequim Weddings hosts the free event for couples and families to stroll the garden’s 2.5 acres and meet-and-greet 22 Clallam County wedding professionals.

The goal is to make your wedding day stress-free, beautiful and fun while preventing any "Bridezilla" catastrophes.

Co-organizer Catherine Mix said they’ve increased advertising for the event and hope for a bigger turnout especially since it’s currently the only bridal fair on the North Olympic Peninsula.

Some of the vendors include the hottest fashions from Black Diamond Bridal, wedding planner Breva Funston speaking on the “4-1-1 for the MOB,” DJ’s, delicatessens and caterers, and more.

Attendees can receive special vendor discounts, win a prize basket every hour, and sample fine foods.
