Casino names costume contest winners

With about 100 entries in 7 Cedars Casino’s virtual Halloween costume contest, a mermaid, the goddess of thunder and a princess took top prizes.

Jason Holden and Darian Kyniston won first place and $500 for dressing as a fisherman and mermaid.

Mary Anne Crabtree took second and won $300 as Lady Thor, while Scott Griffin and Kori Morgan placed third and took home $200 for Mario Kart, dressed as Bowser and Princess Peach.

Participants had their photos taken in the lobby of the casino on Oct. 31 by Stephanie Gray Photography and learned of the winners on the casino’s Facebook page at facebook.com/7CedarsCasino.
