College readings feature Carver, Gallagher works

"Love and Other Adventures," a series of dramatic readings of short stories by Raymond Carver and Tess Gallagher, will debut

May 28-30 at Peninsula College. The stories have been adapted and are directed by Jim Guthrie. They will be presented by A Third Stage Production.

Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 28, and Saturday, May 29, and at

2 p.m. Sunday, May 30, in the college’s Little Theater, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd., Port Angeles.

Cast members include Sean Collier, Philip Young, Stephen Taylor, Sherie Maddox, Rebecca Horst and

John Marrs.

Admission is $10 for adults, free for Peninsula College students with current ID. All proceeds from the three-day event will go to the Russell Guthrie Memorial Scholarship Fund for P.C. drama students.
