Eight graduate from WGU

Eight Sequim residents recently earned degrees from Western Governors University, an online, nonprofit university that held commencement ceremonies last fall and earlier this year to celebrate graduation of nearly 22,000 students from across the country.

The local graduates include: Alicia Forderer of Sequim, Bachelor of Science-Nursing; Michelle McCullough, Master of Science-Nursing (Nursing Informatics/BSN to MSN); Brittney Rothwell, Bachelor of Arts, Interdisciplinary Studies (K-8); Jennifer Sayles, Master of Science-Nursing (Education/BSN to MSN); Kathleen Sayles, Bachelor of Science-Nursing; Linsay Rapelje, Master of Science-Educational Leadership; Gregory Voyles, Bachelor of Science-Accounting; and Ryan Woods, Bachelor of Science-Business Management.
