Exhibit spotlights McBride’s creations

John McBride has been compiling oddities from metal and found objects for the better part of two decades. He brings his unique creations to Sequim Museum & Arts for a special exhibition from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., June 29-July 1 at the museum’s exhibit building at 175 W. Cedar St. McBride has exhibited and sold his creations the length of the West Coast, but prefers to exercise his avocation in Sequim, his home since 2004. His whimsical critters have found homes across North America. Locally, McBride was on the Sequim Arts studio tour each year of its existence, has exhibited art in Sequim Arts shows and at Sequim Museum & Arts, and opens his studio to visitors during Sequim Lavender Weekend.
