Kingsway reaches out to seniors

Pastor Mike Van Proyen announced recently that Kingsway Church, 1023 Kitchen-Dick Road, is launching an outreach ministry to men and women of retirement age and above.

The community-based “Prime Time Of Life” and offers a free hot luncheon on the fourth Thursday of each month. The mealtime includes a program of games, music and presentations by local and regional senior service organizations.

Free transportation is available and facilities are accessible to those with mobility issues.

Meetings begin at the church’s Hall, and expect to move to a larger venue in central Sequim soon after.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
