Master Gardeners host the final Woodcock Demonstration Garden walk of the season, starting at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, on the 2.74-acre site at 2711 Woodcock Road.

A veteran Master Gardener serves as guide, focusing on the autumn garden and tasks to consider when one prepares a garden for winter months.

Master Gardeners tend the gardens on Thursday mornings and will be available to answer questions on their respective areas.

The Woodcock Demonstration Garden has displays demonstrating sustainable gardening techniques that cover a range of ornamentals, edible and native plants as well as composting and garden design. It is open to the public for free daily.
