Get down ’80s- style for First Friday Art Walk

They’re back.

Big shirts, shoulder pads, neon, punk, new wave, skinny ties, rhinestones and other 1980s accessories come back into fashion during the next First Friday Art Walk Sequim, from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2.

Yellow is the August theme color as the Sequim Centennial celebrates its way through the decades for the free self-guided art tour of downtown Sequim. Local galleries and other businesses exhibit art, put out snacks and offer music to put art walkers in the mood.

Sunshine Cafe is even hosting a Dance Party this time out.

Join in with a free map at www.sequimartwalk.com. The art walk is produced by uniqueasyou/Renne Emiko Brock-Richmond (www.uniqueasyou.com).
