Heatherton Gallery is turning a year old in the Landing Mall at 115 E. Railroad Ave, Suite 105, Port Angeles, this Friday (Feb. 13). Owner Sky Heatherton, a Sequim-area resident and retired registered nurse, said since opening it’s grown to 60 artists with up to seven pieces each. About half of the artists, she said, are from Sequim. To commemorate, the gallery hosts an anniversary party from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, with music and food. “It’s 3,2000 square feet and it’s packed with stuff,” Heatherton said.
