Jean Lenke & Friends play ‘live’ at Fort Worden

Crossover jazz-folk fusion artist Jean Lenke performs “live” in Port Townsend this weekend with George Radebaugh on piano, Ted Enderle on bass, Tom Svornich on drums and Ed Donahue on trumpet.

Check out the live performance from the Rainshadow Recording Studio at Fort Worden from 7:30-9:30 p.m. Sunday, June 28, at www.facebook.com/rainshadow/live. (The concert will remain on the site for a while for those who are unable to see it live.)

A veteran of the music scene in Philadelphia with the Jean Therapy Music projects, Lenke is now starting new adventures in Pacific Northwest. As a performing artist, composer, lyricist and bandleader, she brings the joy of her parent’s music of the 1940s together with the spirit of the folk and jazz/rock fusion.
