Joy In Mudville at library

As part of the North Olympic Library System’s annual Summertime Music! Outdoor Concert Series, Joy in Mudville will be performing at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave., a6 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, on the outdoor stage behind the library.

Joy In Mudville includes Jason Mogi and Kim Trenerry (co-founders of popular Olympic Peninsula bands Deadwood Revival and Tongue & Groove), Paul Stehr-Green (The Cornstalks and The Crocs), Terry Smith (The Soulshakers, Haywire, and The Olympic Big Band) and Mike Echternkamp (Windowpane).

“Joy In Mudville combines influences from old-time bluegrass, folk, rock, country, blues and funk with Jason on claw-hammer banjo/acoustic and electric guitar/vocals, Kim on acoustic guitar/vocals, Paul on bass/vocals, and Terry or Mike on drums.

This performance will take place on the outdoor stage behind the Sequim Library. In case of rain or inclement weather, it will be held indoors at the library.
