Local artists to offer visions of ‘Light at the End of the Tunnel’

A group of local artists are finding the creative silver linings at the end of a challenging year.

The Blue Whole Gallery presents a group show dubbed “Art: The Light at the End of the Tunnel” for the month of December.

The exhibit opening is set for 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, at the gallery, 129 W. Washington St. Gallery hours are 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Tuesday-Sunday. Visitors are required to wear masks and observe social distancing.

The artists feature varying styles and media. Co-curators are Barbara Boerigter, a founding member of the artist co-op gallery in downtown Sequim since 1997, and Jolene Sanborn, well-established water-colorist also known for her contribution to the Northwest Watercolor Society in the Seattle area.
