Joanna Weber, Olympic Medical Center’s Revenue Cycle Management Director, received kudos for her work from OMC CEO Eric Lewis and Chief Financial Officer Darryl Wolfe at a recent organizational leadership meeting.

“Joanna has capably led OMC’s revenue cycle division through a period of tremendous growth and change,” Wolfe said. “Despite many challenges, OMC continues to be a top performer in all revenue cycle metrics.”

Weber was a crucial member of the Epic electronic health record implementation team in 2013 and recently was “tough, but fair” when negotiating new rates with managed care organizations, OMC officials said.

Weber oversees all patient billing and payment processes, medical records, hospital registration and patient accounts staff.

“Joanna has been critical to OMC’s financial stability and we are blessed to have someone of her caliber on our team,” Wilfe added.
