Kaia Lestage is the Sequim Elks’ Student of the Month for February.

Lestage is a sophomore at Sequim High School maintaining a 3.97 grade-point-average. Born and raised in Sequim, she is the daughter of Laura Lestage.

She is presently taking geometry, photography, human body systems, English and history, but her favorite classes are science and select choir.

She plays soccer for SHS Wolves and is active with the school’s leadership team. Her hobbies include baking, bowling, soccer and long-boarding.

Lestage’s future plans include attending Running Start and a four-year university.
