Soroptimist International of Sequim recently named their Girls of the Month for September and November.

The organization’s November 2021 Girl of the Month is Lilly Janis, an active member with her school’s activities, including car washes, bake sales and takeovers and Associated Student Body events. She volunteers at the Sequim Farmers & Artisans Market as well.

Her choice of college is Washington State University with a major in veterinary medicine.

Soroptimist International of Sequim’s September 2021 Girl of the Month is Abigail Carlson, who volunteers as a youth leader at Sequim Community Church, plays piano at Sherwood Assisted Living and also volunteers at the Sequim Middle School, working in the library and coordinating the library book club.

Carlson will be attending Northwest University and majoring in pastoral studies.
