Ean L. Henninger of Sequim graduated with a Master of Library and Information Studies degree from the University of British Columbia Graduate School of Library, Archival and Information Studies in a commencement ceremony on May 26.

While at the University of British Columbia, Henninger volunteered with tutoring, language exchanges and student government.

Following graduation, Henninger flew to Toronto to present his research on “Linguistic Diversity and Public Library Staff” at the Canadian Association of Information Science.

A 2012 graduate of Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan., double majoring in Spanish and English literature, Henninger is the son of Ray and Ann Henninger of Sequim.
