NOLS announces July book discussion groups

“The Girl with Seven Names,” “Family Lore” and “The Refugee Ocean” are the books selected for the North Olympic Library System’s (NOLS) July book discussion groups.

Registration is not required to participate.

Second Wednesday

This group will meet via Zoom at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, to discuss Hyeonseo Lee’s book “The Girl with Seven Names.”

Paperback copies are available at the Port Angeles and Sequim libraries.

Second Saturday

This is an in-person gathering and it will take place at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 12 at the Sequim Library’s temporary location at 609 W. Washington St.

Paperback copies are available at that site.

Fourth Wednesday

This group, too, is in person and it will meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23 in the Raymond Carver Room at the Port Angeles Main Library, 2210 S. Peabody St., to discuss “The Refugee Ocean” by Pauls Toutonghi.
