Olympic Medical Center recently welcomed two new providers to the Olympic Medical Center team of hospitalists.
Dr. Frank Rosenbloom and Dr. Aleksey Tagintsev joined the team this fall and will provide physician care to hospitalized patients at Olympic Memorial Hospital.
“They are a wonderful addition to the team, and their arrival completes Olympic Medical Center’s recruitment of fully-qualified hospitalists,” OMC chief medical officer Dr. Scott Kennedy said.
Hospitalists are physicians who work solely in the hospital setting caring for hospitalized patients.
Rosenbloom has practiced internal medicine for nearly 30 years in various communities across the nation, including a previous post as a visiting hospitalist at OMC.
Dr. Tagintsev graduated with his medical degree from Pacific Northwest University in Yakima in 2017 before completing a residency in internal medicine at MercyOne Medical Center of North Iowa this year.
The two new hospitalists will see hospitalized patients at Olympic Memorial Hospital in Port Angeles.
