Peninsula College invites alumni, and current and former staff and faculty, to the First Annual Alumni &Friends Picnic at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, on the college’s south lawn, located behind the Pirate Union Building.
“This is a great opportunity for former students, staff and faculty to reconnect, share stories and network,” said Tim Tucker, alumni development manager.
Pirates past and present will share their post PC experiences and accomplishments at the event, based on the theme, “What I experienced at PC THEN shaped who I am NOW.” Afterwards there will be free hot dogs and refreshments served. At 6:30 p.m. guests will have the opportunity to tour the new Allied Health and Early Childhood Development Center which opened in May, as well as other new features at the college.
The event is free and open to all Peninsula College alumni, staff, faculty and their families. For more information, contact Tim Tucker at ttucker@pencol.edu.
