Peninsula libraries host outdoor storytimes through Oct. 30

The North Olympic Library System (NOLS) invites children and their caregivers to attend Rain or Shine! Outdoor Storytime events, set through Oct. 30 at Sequim and Port Angeles branches.

Storytimes are held on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. in the field behind the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave., at 10:30 a.m. Thursdays on the lawn outside of the children’s area at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St., and at 10:30 a.m. on Fridays at Tillicum Park in Forks.

This all-ages storytime features stories, music, rhymes and plenty of movement and fun, organizers say.

The programs take place rain or shine. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket to sit on and a way to keep dry if it’s rainy. Masks are encouraged for everyone ages 2 and older.

This program is supported by Friends of the Library groups at all four NOLS branches.
