Between the varsity girls and boys basketball doubleheader games on Friday, Jan. 30, the Michael Trebert Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, along with state representatives of the DAR and members of local veterans organizations, held a ceremony to mark the donation of a large flag now pinned to the Sequim High School gymnasium’s wall.

According to Carol Weiler, regent of the chapter, the new flag replaced the deteriorating flag from 1955.
