Sequim enjoys a fantastic Fourth

Locals and residents celebrated the Fourth of July in style, with activities in and around Sequim.

The City of Sequim held its annual Independence Day Celebration at Carrie Blake Community Park’s James Center for the Performing Arts bandshell and greens, hosting live music — including the Sequim City Band’s “A Patriot Fourth” concert, SuperNostalgic and Black Diamond Junction — and children’s activities, capping it off with a full fireworks display.

Diamond Point held its annual community parade as well, while a number of Sequim dignitaries took part in Port Angeles’ annual 4th of July Celebration parade held the same day.
