Sequim High’s seniors play up Broadway

Show includes ‘Hairspray’ and ‘A Chorus Line’

Sequim High School’s Senior Class of 2014 announces its production of “A Night of Broadway!”

More than 60 students perform 17 production numbers from well-known Broadway plays such as “A Chorus Line,” “Hairspray” and “High School Musical.”

 

Old favorites include production numbers from “West Side Story,” “Annie Get Your Gun,” “Fiddler on the Roof” and “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” Other popular numbers to be performed are from “Jekyll and Hyde,” “Phantom of the Opera,” “Rent,” “Grease” and “Wicked.”

 

Performances are Friday, Jan. 31, Saturday, Feb. 1, Thursday, Feb. 6, and Saturday, Feb. 8, all at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium, 533 N. Sequim Ave. An additional matinee performance will be Feb. 8 at 2 p.m.

 

Tickets are available at the door and are priced at $8 for adults and $6 for seniors, children and students with an ASB card.
