Sequim Library hosts hula hooping for adults

Hula hooping for half an hour can work off as many calories as cardio kickboxing or step aerobics. Adults can regain that childhood skill free at the Sequim Library’s sixth “How Can I …?” program, “How Can I Hula Hoop?” presented at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, at the library, 630 N. Sequim Ave.

This free program is for adults ages 18 and up. Space and supplies are limited, so preregister by calling the Sequim Library, 683-1161 or by e-mailing sequim@nols.org.
