Sequim Pride will be hosting a one-day celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community on Saturday, June 29, at the Sequim Farmers and Artisans Market, held at the Sequim Civic Center Plaza at 152 W. Washington St.
Festivities include:
● Noon — A ceremony celebrating Pride, featuring local officials, Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe leaders and community leaders speaking in recognition of LGBTQIA+ identity in Sequim.
● Following ceremony: A Pride Parade, a family-friendly event where participants can show their colors and march down Washington Street and back to the market.
● After the parade: Pride Market Day, Celebrate with local vendors at the Sequim Farmers and Artisans Market. Check out a scavenger hunt, prizes and Pride flags at the organization’s community booth.
● Pride Party at Salty Girls: Continue the fun at Salty Girls, 210 W. Washington St., for festive food and drink.
