The Sequim School District is offering sponsorship opportunities to appear in the 2017-2018 Parent Guide and Calendar.

The district each year provides a calendar/guide to about 3,000 school families. The guide provides parent notification information, contact information and a 12-month calendar with school events.

Last year’s calendar underwent a major design change, featuring full-color photographs of student groups and school events. It also featured 12 local businesses featured as Monthly Presenting Sponsors.

“We believe this is a fun, positive and effective method of conveying support for the youth in our community and the Sequim School District as a whole,” Director of Communications Patsene Dashiell said.

As a sponsor, a company/organization’s logo is featured on each month’s calendar page. Each sponsor will have a designated month where its logo is prominently displayed; in addition, each sponsor’s logo will appear on all 12 month pages as well as on the back cover of the publication.

Sponsorship is $400 and includes two calendars.

The calendar will be designed, printed and distributed by August.

Sponsorship applications and fees are due at the district office, 503 N. Sequim Ave., by May 15.
