HELEN HALLER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

STEAM is wrapping up their physical motion unit this fall. Fourth- and fifth-grade students had the opportunity to do an egg drop from the bleachers at the middle school, which was a smashing success!

A big “thank you” goes out for everyone’s efforts at this year’s Turkey Trot. Helen Haller school was able to raise enough money to purchase Dash-and-Dot robots from Wonder Workshop, which will be central to the school’s coding unit starting after the winter break. For more information about Dash-and-Dot, visit www.makewonder.com.

OLYMPIC PENINSULA ACADEMY

First place winners were Elena Carrizosa and Cadence Puhrmann, who sang a duet. Second place winner was Axel Swanson for his piano solo, and third place went to Malachi Byrne, who played a violin solo.
