St. Joe’s to have mission talks

St. Joseph’s Parish hosts their fall mission “Fundamentals of Catholic Spirituality” on Monday-Wednesday Oct. 14-16. The Rev. Wolfgang Seitz ORC, a member of the Order of Canon Regular of the Holy Cross and national director of OPUS Sanctorum Angelorum (The work of the Holy Angels) will lead the mission.

 

The morning schedule begins at 8 a.m. with the rosary and an opportunity for confession followed by the Mass and mission talk at 8:30 a.m. The evening schedule is repeated at 6 p.m. with Mass and mission talk at 6:30 p.m.

 

Topics include: Monday — “Obedience, The Greatness of St. Joseph,” Tuesday — “Growth in the Virtues, Imitating Mary,” Wednesday — “Relying on the Holy Angels’ Protection and Guidance.” A freewill offering will be taken on Wednesday. A brief presentation on the formation for the consecration to the Holy Angels will be offered after the Wednesday Masses.
