“Tellers” from The Story People of Clallam County regale audience members with a diverse collection of stories to welcome the annual “Forest Storytelling Festival” to Peninsula College — as part of a Studium Generale presentation — from 12:35-1:25 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in PC’s Little Theater, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd.

The preview is from four storytellers from the Story People of Clallam County’s roster: Joy Beaver, medical transcriptionist and veteran of the acclaimed Liar’s Contest; Rebecca Hom, professional storyteller and artist director for the festival; Dennis Duncan, retired teacher and octogenarian beloved by audiences of all ages, and Erran Sharpe, anti-bullying activist, founder of a local, long-standing drum group and Renaissance man.

The event is free and open to the public.
