Tai Chi classes begin Sept. 23 at the Dungeness Schoolhouse.

Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise and self-defense designed to improve physical health, decrease stress and bring unity to mind, body and spirit.

Tai Chi is safe and effective for people regardless of health condition or age, yet can be challenging to people of all ability levels.

Classes cost $2.50-$6, depending on how many you sign up for.
