Ventriloquist featured at Sequim Library

Award-winning ventriloquist Vikki Gasko Green visits the North Olympic Library System this July as part of the library’s ongoing Summer Reading Program.

Green’s first performance is at 6 p.m. Monday, July 18, at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St., followed by a performance at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave. In the event of rain, the Sequim event takes place in the Sequim Middle School cafeteria, 301 W. Hendrickson Road.

This year’s Summer Reading Program continues through Aug. 20 and offers an array of programs and incentive-based reading challenges to encourage children to continue reading during the summer break from school.
