Wine, chocolate tour set for two weekends

This year’s Red Wine Cider & Chocolate Tour takes place over two weekends — Feb. 10-11 and Feb. 17-19 — from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at nine Olympic Peninsula wineries and cideries.

Tickets are $40 online, $45 at the door (or $10 tasting fee per winery); participants must be 21 or older. Ticket and glass package entitles attendees to a commemorative wine glass, complimentary wine tasting and chocolate samples.

Participants who have their ticket stamped at all nine wineries are entered into a drawing for a wine-themed gift basket.

The gift basket winner, along with a second and third place winner, receive two tickets to the Northwest Wine and Cheese Tour in April.

Venues include Harbinger Winery, Camaraderie Cellars and Olympic Cellars in port Angeles, Wind Rose Cellars in Sequim, and Port Townsend/Jefferson County venues Fairwinds Winery, Port Townsend Vineyards, Eaglemount Winery & Cidery, Marrowstone Vineyards and Finnriver Farm & Cidery.
