Sequim Gazette staff

Exercise physiologist Jay Bryan, M.S., presents a free WOW! Working on Wellness Forum entitled “Younger In 2013” at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, at Olympic Medical Park, 840 N. Fifth Ave., Sequim.

He speaks about learning how the right exercise program can “de-age” your body next year and how to learn which type of exercises are most beneficial for seniors or those who soon will be seniors.

Bryan has nearly 30 years experience in health and fitness, including a master’s degree in exercise science and certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine.

He has worked in corporate health and wellness, physical therapy, university-based cardiac rehabilitation and fitness and aging research at the University of Washington.
