“Getting old is not for sissies!” That’s what the T-shirts say. Everyone knows that it gets harder to stay healthy as one gets older. What is not such public knowledge is that there are ways to reduce the effects of some common musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions that people face as they age.

Moss is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center’s Master of Physical Therapy program. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a specialist in orthopedic therapy and also is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a strength and conditioning specialist.

Moss recently joined the team at Sequim Physical Therapy Center.

WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic.
