The Sequim School District announces an open referral process extending from Oct. 15-Nov. 5 for students currently in grades K-12 who may qualify for Highly Capable (HiCap) Program services.

Paper referral forms are available at each school, the District Office and at the Sequim Library. Referral forms may be accessed online at the district’s website at www.sequim.k12.wa.us.

The deadline for returning referral is 4 p.m. Nov. 5. Due to time constraints, referrals received after Nov. 5 will not be considered. All referrals must be returned to Robin Forrest, HiCap program coordinator, at Sequim Middle School, 301 W. Hendrickson Road in Sequim.

Students previously identified as Highly Capable will continue to receive services.
